Bermudian Chef, Ian Carruthers, will bring his 17 years experience and knowledge of the industry into your home making for a gastronomic encounter you and your guests will remember forever.
Trained in the United Kingdom, Ian has been back in Bermuda for over 10 years where he has worked in some of the finest restaurants Bermuda has to offer.
During the summer months, Ian is chef to Ross Perot and his family, preparing lunches, dinners, barbeques and special evening parties.
Ian loves his job and takes great pride in his cooking and presentation whilst ensuring only the freshest ingredients available, something that can be quite difficult on such a remote island.
Ian will be happy to assist in all aspects of your dining experience from personal menu choices to bartenders, waiters and waitresses, even cleaning !
